Tamiya German 88. My real first attempt at the type of painting that Shep showed in his Diorama book. 1981.
The kit figures were painted in a combination of enamels and oils. I hadn't learned any color theory at this point obviously. 1981.

90mm US Dragoon, 1847 by Series 77. This was the figure I painted in Sheps painting class in early 1982. Colors are better since learning color theory. 1982.
